Protein Bread

Our protein bread is as versatile as it is delicious. Its authentic flavour and satisfying texture make it a perfect accompaniment to any meal or for those toasts or sandwiches that become your favourite snack of the day.

This product is the bread for athletes par excellence thanks to its high protein content. It has no more and no less than 19.07%. Without a doubt one of the most protein-rich and delicious options on the market.

It is also gluten-free, grain-free and high in fiber: a wonder for people with diabetes, celiac disease, athletes, those following low-carb diets who want to increase their daily protein intake.

We use the highest quality ingredients to ensure that every slice of this bread is an exceptional experience. The combination of egg white, almond flour, and whey protein isolate (8.5%) creates a high-protein, low-carb base. Ground brown flax seeds, coconut flour, and ground chia seeds provide essential fiber for healthy digestion.

The shelf life of this bread is 5 days after receiving the order and it must be kept in the refrigerator until consumption.

If you decide to freeze our breads so they last longer, we recommend defrosting them at room temperature. With a blast in the oven (4-5 minutes at 180º), or in a toaster, you can enjoy it as freshly baked. Do not freeze again. We recommend that the product be frozen in a freezer-safe bag, preferably with a zip.

Ingredients: clearegg,egg, flour ofalmond, whey protein isolate (milk) (8.5%), ground brown flax seeds, coconut flour, extra virgin olive oil, water, psyllium, fresh yeast, ground chia seeds,milkcoconut, apple cider vinegar (containssulfites), thickener (xanthan gum), sugar, salt, acidulant (tartaric acid).

May contain traces ofsesame.

This bread is made with sourdough for which a little sugar is needed. This is completely used by the yeasts and its residual amount in the recipe is minimal.
